Type-appropriate learning – learning in a way that suits you
Why do we learn, think and forget in such different ways?
What really motivates us to learn – and what is motivation anyway?
Our seminar ‘Type-appropriate learning’ is aimed at students, professionals and continuing education students who want to get to the bottom of these questions.
It doesn't matter whether you are learning yourself or supporting others in their learning – the key thing is that you want to understand how learning really works.
🔍 What you can expect from the seminar:
- What is motivation – and how does it arise in the brain?
- Is there really one type of learner – or is our brain much more complex than we think?
- How do we store information long-term – and why do we forget so much so quickly?
- What does type-appropriate learning mean in everyday life – in your studies, at work or in teaching?
- The seminar content is based on proven models and approaches from great minds such as
📚 Vera F. Birkenbihl,
📚 Josef Schrader and
📚 Frederic Vester
– and combines new findings in learning research with practical ideas that you can implement right away.
The goal is to give you a deeper understanding of your own learning style – and to provide you with tools to help you learn in a more motivated, efficient and brain-friendly way.
Whether for exams, new projects or professional development – you will discover your individual approach to learning.
Because learning is not a one-way street – it is a living process that is as individual as you are.
Please log in 5–10 minutes before the seminar begins and carry out a quick technical check (audio, camera, internet connection) beforehand.
During the seminar, we ask that you keep your camera on and actively participate in the discussion.
Interaction with the speakers and other participants is a central component of the format and crucial for the successful transfer of the knowledge imparted into practice.
Only through active participation can real added value be created – for you and everyone else.
We look forward to your active participation!
